Ordering repeat prescriptions

By post/in person – Tick the boxes on your repeat slip to tell us which medication you need and post it to us or hand it in. If you don’t have your repeat slip simply write us a note with the details of what you require or fill in a form at the reception desk – please ensure you provide your full name and date of birth.

Online – follow this link. Please speak to reception if you are a new user and wish to set up an account for our online ordering system.

You can choose where you’d like to collect your prescription from and we will send it straight to the pharmacy.

How long will my repeat prescription request take?

It usually takes 3 working days for your request to be processed and your script to be ready at your chosen pharmacist.

Requests submitted after 16:00 will be treated as submitted on the following working day.
