Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

- Go to a Primary Care Centre
If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

Minor Injuries Unit 01752 434390 open between 08:30am – 21:00pm
Emergency Dental Service 0845 155 8070 this service is available from 18:00 until 22:30 on weekdays and 08:00 until 22:30pm on weekends and bank holidays.
Physical accessibility
The practice is situated on 2 floors with a patient lift, which is suitable for a wheelchair enabling access to the first floor.
There is a ramp to the front entrance and a disabled toilet in both upstairs and downstairs waiting rooms. Staff will always help where needed.
A wheelchair is available for patient use if needed – please ask at Reception.
We have portable Hearing Loop systems available for those who are deaf or hard of hearing. Please ask at reception.
How to make a complaint
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly as possible.
In the first instance please telephone on 01752 701659 or attend the surgery, asking to speak to a Senior Manager; we will aim to mutually resolve the complaint that you have. If you choose to phone please be aware that our telephone lines are very busy in the mornings, therefore we ask for you to call after 10am.

Making a complaint to the NHS Devon Integrated Care board
NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (ICB) can be contacted for advice and signposting. NHS Devon will support patients and their representative with any concerns or complaints regarding primary care services in Devon, however, unless directly concerning the commissioning of the services will recommend any complaints are handled with the provider directly.
