CHANGES TO OUR ONLINE CONSULTATION SYSTEM
Roborough Surgery has changed our online triage software and will now use SystmConnect. To access this new software go to the website homepage where you will find the SystmConnect icon to click on two thirds of the way down the page; alternatively the link can be found by clicking on the blue box titled ‘Appointments and Admin Requests’ from our homepage and scroll down to the link under online consult.
We will be changing to a system which is designed to ensure that every patient gets the right care, at the right time, by the right Healthcare Professional.
The new system means that rather than booking appointments directly you will first be assessed by a GP or senior clinician to determine the most appropriate next steps for your care.
