Suggestions & Complaints
Suggestions & Compliments
We welcome suggestions to help improve our services in the future.
Please let us know by telephone or in writing to the practice.
If you have any compliments, we would love to hear these too. If you have experienced particularly good treatment from a member of our staff we would be delighted to pass this on to them.
Making a complaint to the surgery
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly as possible.
In the first instance please telephone the surgery to see if we can mutually resolve the complaint.
Our telephone lines are very busy in the mornings, therefore we ask for you to call after 10am if you wish to make a complaint.
For formal complants, please contact the Complaints Co-ordinator in writing to the following address:
1 Eastcote Close
Telephone: 01752 701659
Making a complaint to the NHS Devon Integrated Care board
NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (ICB) can be contacted for advice and signposting.
